A proof-of-concept pushing the boundaries of what's possible with web-based 360° environments. The project explores integrating animated 3D characters and equipment into Marzipano panoramic viewers—a technical challenge that required extensive experimentation with alpha channels, WebGL overlays, and hybrid rendering approaches. While some limitations remain with current web technologies, the project demonstrates advanced problem-solving and willingness to tackle challenges other developers dismiss as impossible.

The virtual showroom features fully modeled industrial equipment with functioning animated components—moving tracks, articulating attachments, and ambient 3D characters exploring the space. Built to demonstrate how equipment manufacturers could revolutionize online sales experiences, the project combines 3D modeling expertise with cutting-edge web technologies. Despite technical constraints in merging traditional 360° viewers with real-time 3D animation, the concept proves the viability and market demand for immersive industrial product visualization.
