A groundbreaking virtual gallery that brings Pamela Sukhum's art studio to life online, the result of iterative refinement since 2020. Originally built in Unreal Engine with HTML5 export, the project evolved when load times (1-15 minutes) proved prohibitive for real-world use. The solution: rebuild using Marzipano technology to deliver the same immersive 360° navigation experience with instant loading and full mobile compatibility. Visitors now explore the physical space I designed through interactive navigation—walking through rooms, viewing artwork up close, and experiencing architectural details from anywhere in the world.
The virtual tour captures every detail: the custom ceiling design, strategic lighting, and spatial flow that makes the physical gallery so compelling. This digital extension allows collectors and art enthusiasts to experience Pamela's work remotely while maintaining the intimacy of an in-person visit. The technical pivot from Unreal Engine to web-native solution demonstrates commitment to user experience over technological showmanship, choosing performance and accessibility without compromising visual quality.
Deliverables: Gallery space design, initial Unreal Engine prototype, Marzipano-based rebuild, 360° virtual tour development, interactive hotspot navigation, mobile optimization, responsive implementation, custom UI design.
