A complete rebuild of the CONCERT SaaS platform delivered in 7 weeks. Working directly with the CONCERT team, I transformed their legacy WordPress site into a modern, scalable digital experience. The project included migrating 164 blog posts using custom Python automation, integrating Contentful CMS for content management, and building advanced interactions with full-screen video, parallax effects, and responsive design optimized for all devices.

The result positions CONCERT for growth with a fast, professional platform that showcases their enterprise AEC capabilities while giving their team complete content control. Strategic technical decisions—from automated migration workflows to headless CMS architecture—ensure the platform scales efficiently as their business expands. Clean code structure and performance optimization deliver exceptional user experience across all touchpoints.
