ConcertVDC, Inc.
End-to-end design and development of a scalable,
ADA-compliant website in 7 weeks.
Built a custom marketing platform with a headless CMS, enabling the CONCERT team to
manage content independently while improving accessibility, performance, and search
visibility. Enabled independent content publishing, structured onboarding, and
long-term scalability without developer dependency.
The challenge
CONCERT needed a scalable marketing site their team could update without developer dependency, while meeting ADA compliance standards, supporting long-form content, and performing reliably in search.
My solution
Built a custom marketing platform using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a headless Contentful CMS, enabling flexible content management and long-term scalability.
- ⦿ Migrated 160+ blog posts into a structured CMS using a Python-assisted workflow.
- ⦿ Achieved passing ADA/WCAG accessibility scores across all core pages.
- ⦿ Conducted full SEO audit using Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
- ⦿ Identified and resolved canonical and indexing issues across 150+ posts.
Designed and produced a scalable training video system to support onboarding and platform education.
- ⦿ Created 7 structured training videos using a hybrid workflow (screen capture, composited UI states, and scripted narration).
- ⦿ Rebuilt UI interactions in post to ensure clarity and remove distracting cursor behavior.
- ⦿ Developed a repeatable video framework for consistent future content production.
- ⦿ Delivered polished, controlled instructional content aligned with the product experience.

AI is part of my daily production workflow. I use it as a
research, writing, coding, QA, and production assistant to increase speed and
consistency across web and multimedia projects.
The goal is not to replace design judgment. The goal is to reduce friction, improve
output quality, and help one designer produce at a higher level across strategy,
visuals, content, and implementation.
The challenge
Modern digital projects require content strategy, visual design, front-end implementation, image production, SEO, accessibility, QA, and client communication. For a solo designer or small team, the challenge is moving quickly without letting clarity, quality, or consistency drop.
My solution
Built AI into the production workflow as a practical assistant for research, content, visuals, implementation, and QA.
- ⦿ Used AI to compare terminology, clarify product positioning, organize messaging, and identify likely user questions before designing page structure.
- ⦿ Used AI to simplify complex language, draft content options, polish SEO copy, tighten case study writing, and improve client-facing explanations.
- ⦿ Used AI-assisted image workflows to explore concepts, replace low-quality source imagery, support Photoshop cleanup, and create more polished visual directions.
- ⦿ Used AI inside VS Code to review HTML, CSS, JavaScript, accessibility patterns, CMS integration, and responsive behavior.
- ⦿ Used AI to create QA checklists, review alt text, test assumptions, and catch issues before handoff.
Workflow outcomes
AI does not replace the design process. It strengthens it by helping me move faster through research, drafting, testing, and iteration. Final decisions still come from design judgment, user needs, brand context, and production experience.
- ⦿ Faster content exploration and clearer client communication.
- ⦿ More polished image production and visual concepting.
- ⦿ Stronger SEO, metadata, accessibility, and QA review habits.
- ⦿ More consistent documentation and faster front-end troubleshooting.
- ⦿ Higher output from a focused solo designer workflow.

Responsive Build
Proactive website redesign for a healthcare technology company focused on improving product clarity, visual trust, and user pathways. Built a refreshed digital presence for GeaCom, including homepage, product, news, highlights, company, and contact pages. The work began as a Figma concept and evolved into a live test site using a template-based build to move quickly while creating a more polished, structured, and scalable foundation for the brand.
The challenge
GeaCom’s existing website needed a clearer, more modern presentation for its healthcare communication technology. The challenge was to make the product story easier to understand, improve the visual credibility of the site, and create a structure that could support company information, product education, news, highlights, and future content growth.
My solution
Created a refreshed website direction focused on clarity, trust, and practical implementation.
- ⦿ Designed initial Figma concepts to explore visual direction, layout structure, and interaction ideas.
- ⦿ Created a sticker sheet with typography, color, logo usage, navigation samples, and reusable visual elements.
- ⦿ Built a working test site with homepage, product, news, highlights, company, and contact pages.
- ⦿ Reworked page sections to make product benefits, company values, and supporting content easier to scan.
- ⦿ Recreated low-resolution legacy visuals to better match the quality of the refreshed website.
- ⦿ Planned subtle microinteractions for hover states, section transitions, carousel behavior, and content reveals.
Key Takeaways
Healthcare technology websites need to feel credible quickly while making complex tools approachable for different audiences.
- ⦿ A clearer page structure helped the company story and product offering feel easier to understand.
- ⦿ Reusable page sections created a more consistent foundation across the site.
- ⦿ Refined visuals helped move the brand away from a dated presentation and toward a more current healthcare technology feel.
- ⦿ The working test site gave stakeholders something concrete to review, discuss, and build from.
